Özgü Biçel graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Department of Statistics with honors in 1999 and started her career at Garanti Investmen. She assumed various responsibilities for 20 years and served as the financial planning and reporting director until 2019.

 

Biçel later worked at Turkey's first central issuing institution, the Turkish Securitization Company, which was established in 2020, and later at Turkish Securities.

 

Özgü Biçel holds a Capital Market Activities Level-3 certificate and continues her career as the financial affairs director at Fonmap.
