TSPB Customer Disputes Arbitration Committee
If you think that you have not received enough answers and information in exchange for your complaints to FONMAP, you can apply to the Customer Disputes Committee of the Capital Markets Association of Türkiye. Customer Disputes The Arbitration Committee is included in the Turkish Capital Markets Association (TSPB) and aims to evaluate and resolve disputes arising from the capital market activities other than the stock market transactions.
You must make your TSPB application within sixty (60) days following the date in which our answer is notified to you.
