Tuba Ertugay, who graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Management Engineering, started working as an assistant specialist at the Capital Markets Board in 2002. She became a specialist in 2005 with her specialist thesis titled "Operation of Hedge Funds".

Having over 30 years of experience in the sector, Özkan started his career at Ziraat Bankası Money and Capital Markets Department. He continued his career at Tekfenbank, Demir Yatırım, Oyak Yatırım and Oyak Bank.

Özgü Biçel graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Department of Statistics with honors in 1999 and started his career at Garanti Yatırım Menkul Kıymetler A.Ş. the same year.

After graduating from Lehigh University, Faculty of Civil Engineering in the USA in 1993 and working in this field for a while in New York, he started a master's program in computers at Columbia University and graduated in 1997.

Aslı Aslan, who graduated from Anadolu University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in 2004, started her career in the fund operations department of Tacirler Menkul Değerler in 2004.

Graduating from Süleyman Demirel University, Department of Textile Engineering in 2001, Fehmi Tütüncü worked in sales, marketing, production, planning and human resources in the textile and fuel sectors between 2002-2012.
