Having over 30 years of experience in the sector, Özkan started his career at Ziraat Bankası Money and Capital Markets Department. He continued his career at Tekfenbank, Demir Yatırım, Oyak Yatırım and Oyak Bank.

Özkan, who worked at Polsan Portfolio, which he helped establish, and later at Actus Portfolio, lastly served as the Deputy General Manager at Tacirler Portfolio Management.
