Tuba Ertugay, who graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Management Engineering in 2001, became an expert in 2005 with her thesis titled “Fund Operation”.

He received his Executive MBA from Koç University in 2009. Ertugay, who received the title of chief specialist in 2011, worked for over 12 years in the Capital Markets Board's Supervision Department and Partnership Finance Department, and then began working as the general manager and board member at the Capital Markets Licensing Registry and Training Organization Inc. (SPL) in early 2015. Ertugay, who left his position at SPL in 2021, served as the general manager and board member at Eliptik Digital Storage Management Inc. (BtcTurk Storage).

Ertugay continues his career as founder and general manager at Fonmap
